Refund Policy
You have 30 days to initiate a return after your item has been delivered to you.
To be eligible for a return, make sure your item is in the same condition as when it was delivered, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. The original receipt or proof of purchase is a must.
Initiate your return by contacting us at info@kimonomo.com. Returns should be sent to this address: 165 Raritan Center Pkwy, Edison, NJ 08837, United States.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on packaging and shipping location. All items returned to us without prior notification will be refused.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at info@kimonomo.com and include your order number and the reason for cancellation. Orders that have already been processed or dispatched can no longer be cancelled.
Damage & concerns
Always check your order when you receive it. If there are any issues such as defects, damage or incorrect items, contact us immediately so we can take care of the problem.
Product exchange
The most efficient way to exchange an item is to return your current item. Once your return is confirmed, you can place a new order.
Address accuracy
Make sure that the delivery address provided at the time of payment is accurate and complete. Kimonomo is not liable for parcels that arrive at the wrong location due to errors made by the buyer. In cases where parcels are returned due to incorrect addresses, additional shipping costs may be incurred for reshipment.
Refund process
After we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If you receive the green light, the refund will be transferred to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please understand that there may be delays in the processing of the refund by your bank or card issuer. If more than 15 working days have passed since your return was authorised, please contact us at info@kimonomo.com.
Please note: Items returned without prior notification cannot be processed.
